15.04.10 -FIVE SENIOR APPOINTMENTS ANNOUNCED BY THOMAS, CARROLL GROUP PLC

Five senior appointments have been announced by Thomas, Carroll plc, the Welsh insurance, health & safety and financial services Group.

Joining the Caerphilly headquartered Chartered commercial broking division is Debbie Chew as part of the brokerage's development team, following a career with Commercial Union and latterly Jardine Lloyd Thompson.  Also new to this corporate division is Account Broker Robin Turner who was previously with the Protecta Group.
 
The Group's Swansea-based Commercial Broking operations covering West Wales are augmented with the arrival of Tony Barber as a Senior Account Executive, following a long underwriting career at Commercial Union and latterly broking with Marsh and Heath Lambert.
 
Two new recruits at the health & safety division - Thomas, Carroll Management Services - are Jill Ballantyne who joins in the position of Business Development Executive and Ceri Edwards who takes the post of Development Coordinator.  Jill is a health, safety and employment law sector professional and Ceri moves over from Reed Consultancy with experience of client contact and telemarketing experience.
